Troop 65 is a High Adventure Troop.
We do one high adventure activity each year, along with regular campouts and other
activities throughout the year.
We generally do one campout or other activity each month.

Regular Campouts and Activities Include: The "U.S. Grant Retreat" at Galena, Illinois Courts of Honor Family Campouts Adopt-A-Highway Feast of the Hunter's Moon, and Apple-Picking Campout Eagle Cave Campout Downhill Ski Trip Popcorn Sales Spaghetti Dinner Pancake Breakfast Jr. Leader Training Webelos Open House and Campout Parades & Community Service Projects
Previous High Adventure Trips have Included: Schooner Whale Watch Trip Touring Boston Massachusetts and Washington D.C. Canoeing the Current River in Missouri Bicycling from Wood Dale, Illinois to Jacksonville, Florida Hiking Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, New Mexico Canoeing the Boundary Waters near Ely, Minnesota Visiting Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama Bicycling Nocolet National Forest near Fay Lake, Wisconsin Hiking the Appalachian Trail White Water Rafting in West Virginia Bicycling from Wood Dale, Illinois to St. Louis, Missouri Hiking Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim at the Grand Canyon
